I’ve been absolutely IN LOVE with this color line for the past few weeks, but I’ve discovered one HUGE problem…

I KEEP WASTING WAY TOO MUCH PRODUCT! 🤦‍♀️

WHY? Because I’m still preparing my formulas based on the quantities I used with other color brands.

BIG MISTAKE! 🚨

OYA’s formula is SO incredibly creamy, smooth, and easy to spread that I need WAY LESS product than I’m used to!

I just finished coloring my own hair. My ENTIRE HEAD! I’ve been doing my hair for years, so trust me, I know exactly how much product I normally need.

DO YOU SEE HOW MUCH IS LEFT IN MY BOWL?! 😳😂

And this keeps happening!

The texture is absolutely luxurious, the application is effortless, and it smells so good that even my clients comment on it!

So here’s my warning to all my fellow colorists:

💰 YOU MIGHT END UP SAVING A LOT OF MONEY BECAUSE YOU’LL NEED SO MUCH LESS PRODUCT!

😂 Apparently, OYA’s biggest downside is that I have to retrain myself to mix smaller batches!

COLOR CORRECTION ✨

I’m SO proud of today’s color correction! 🥹🧡
No bleach. No color remover. Just two shades of OYA permanent color, 45 minutes… and TADAM! 🤯

I controlled the warm pigments so well that the result was actually almost too cool — I even added a touch of OYA Bourbon Pigmented Conditioner at the sink to bring back just the right amount of warmth. 🤎

Her hair had been extremely compromised from repeated bleaching, and the Velvet Treatment brought back incredible softness and shine.

I’m proud of my work as a colorist, but having a color line you can truly rely on changes everything. OYA gives me exactly what I expect from my formulas.

After all these years working with professional color… I honestly can’t remember the last time I loved a color line this much. 🖤
