The ab wheel is one of my favourite core exercises because it teaches something important:

Your core’s job is not only to create movement.
It also has to resist movement.

When you roll forward, your body wants to arch, your hips want to drop, and your lower back wants to take over. That is why technique matters.

A few key points:

Brace before you move.
Keep your ribs stacked over your pelvis.
Squeeze your glutes.
Move slowly.
Only roll as far as you can control.

When done properly, the ab wheel can help build a stronger, more stable core that carries over to strength training, athletic performance, and injury prevention.

Do not chase range of motion before control.

Control first. Strength second. Progress after.

Rest is not a setback — it is part of the process.

Whether your goal is strength, performance, fat loss, muscle growth, or simply feeling better in your body, recovery is where a lot of the progress actually happens.

Training creates the stimulus.

Rest allows your body to rebuild, adapt, and come back stronger.
A disciplined lifestyle is not just about pushing harder every day. It is also about knowing when to slow down, recover properly, and take care of your body.

This is my new logo and rebranding. 

This is my story:

I was born with severe asthma — the kind that brought me to the ICU many times as a child. There were moments where doctors were not sure if I would survive.

My mother put me in swimming to help strengthen my lungs and improve my health. What started as a way to manage my asthma slowly became the foundation of my athletic life.

Through discipline, perseverance, and sheer willpower, I fought to overcome my limitations. I developed my lung capacity, built my athleticism, reached a competitive level in swimming, and even won races along the way.

After my competitive swimming career, I became a lifeguard and swimming coach.

That was where I first learned how much I loved helping others grow. I helped people overcome their fears in the water, build confidence, develop their physical abilities, and strengthen their mental resilience.
Before I ever became a personal trainer, I was already coaching people through fear, discipline, and self-improvement.

That athletic foundation carried into every sport I pursued. I learned what the body is capable of when it is trained properly. I learned the value of hard work, resilience, and having the right guidance from coaches who believed in me.

Eventually, that love for movement became a love for the gym, strength training, and physical development.

That path led me to complete my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science as well as several specialized certifications, and dedicate myself to helping others become stronger, healthier, and more confident.

Fitness changed my life.
It gave me strength when I was once physically limited.
It gave me discipline when obstacles stood in my way.
It gave me confidence, purpose, and direction.

That is why I built Bobby Improvement Club.
This is more than personal training.
This is about becoming stronger than your circumstances.
This is about building discipline.
This is about improving yourself physically, mentally, and personally.
I am blessed with everyone around me believing in my dream as well, and they are counting on me to achieve it.

Stopping is not an option.

Your consistency deserves to be rewarded.

Clients will receive 1 free session after every 10 paid completed sessions in the same service category.

How it works:

After 10 paid completed personal training sessions, you receive 1 free personal training session

After 10 paid completed massage therapy sessions, you receive 1 free massage therapy session

Sessions must be within the same service category

Only paid and completed sessions count toward the reward

Important details:

- Free personal training sessions cannot be exchanged for massage therapy sessions

- Free massage therapy sessions cannot be exchanged for personal training sessions

- Missed sessions, cancelled sessions, no-shows, and complimentary sessions do not count

- Free sessions are non-transferable and have no cash value

- Bobby Improvement Club reserves the right to modify the loyalty program at any time
