I’m officially back to work this week.

After a much-needed period of rest in July, I feel renewed and ready to create, collaborate, teach, write, and continue elevating both my own skills and those of the people I have the privilege to work with.

Wherever you are in your own professional journey, remember to take the time to recharge.

Rest isn't stepping away from your purpose—it’s often what gives you the clarity and energy to take hold of the reins again and move confidently in the direction you want your life to go.

La Lèvre Rouge, Couleur Intemporelle 06/17/2026

My first editorial article for Dress to Kill is now online: La lèvre rouge, couleur intemporelle.

I am incredibly happy to be part of the creative team behind the relaunch of this beautiful publication.

The article explores one of beauty's most enduring icons: the red lip. Timeless, audacious, elegant, and dramatic, a red lipstick has the power to transform a look with remarkable simplicity.

You can read the article by following the link below.

And of course, I'd love to hear your thoughts: what is your favourite red lipstick?

For makeup lovers and professionals, educational options in Montreal are currently quite limited, which is why I am opening a few private training spots for May and June.

This is an opportunity to learn professionally with an experienced makeup artist and educator through personalized, hands-on training.

Whether you are just starting out or already working in the industry, I can help you refine your techniques, improve your structure, and elevate your work.

Private lessons are 3 hours and include demonstration, guided practice, and written notes and theory after each session.

Availability is limited for May and June.

Learning makeup today — especially in Montreal and across Quebec — can be more challenging than it appears.

While beauty has never been more visible or accessible, the options for truly learning the craft in a structured and relevant way remain surprisingly limited. Many programs have not evolved alongside the industry, making it difficult for students to access training that reflects current techniques and real-world practice.

Having taught in many of the programs available in the region, I’ve had the opportunity to observe both their strengths and their limitations firsthand.

These reflections led me to write my latest blog:
The Hidden Challenges of Learning Makeup

You can read it here:

In parallel, I offer private, customized mentorship for both professionals and individuals who want to develop strong, adaptable techniques tailored to their features and goals.

I just shared a new blog post on my website called 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟, 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬.

It’s a reflection on slowing down, reconnecting with your inner voice, and finding your center again; especially in creative and professional life.

The post is available in English and French.

A little throwback to one of my workshop days; moments of teaching, sharing, and watching confidence grow through creativity.

Still teaching at Académie Édith Serei and always grateful for the people who make these spaces so meaningful.

Thank you, Colombe Photographe, for your continued collaboration and support, and these great shots of me in action.

𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

Montreal is deep in freeze mode, and your skin can feel it.

As a professional makeup artist and educator, one of the questions I get asked this time of year is: "𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝑰 𝒅𝒐 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒎𝒚 𝒔𝒌𝒊𝒏 𝒇𝒆𝒆𝒍𝒔 𝒅𝒓𝒚, 𝒕𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕, 𝒐𝒓 𝒇𝒍𝒂𝒌𝒚 — 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒎𝒐𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒛𝒆𝒓?"

My answer? It’s all about layered hydration and intentional product pairing.

From misting between steps to finishing with a nourishing dry oil, these simple yet transformative habits help the skin retain moisture and stay radiant — even in harsh winter weather.

While I’m currently writing my upcoming blog on winter skincare rituals, you can revisit this one in the meantime:

Don’t forget to save the image tips for your winter routine — and feel free to share this post with anyone whose skin needs a little love this week.
