🎉 6 YEARS COMPLETE CONNECTIVE THERAPIES! 🎉
Six years ago, I opened the doors to Complete Connective Therapies — during a time when the world was facing something none of us had ever experienced before. Opening a business during COVID was certainly not the beginning I had imagined. There were challenges, uncertainty, and plenty of moments when I wondered what the future would look like.
But six years later, I look back with an incredible amount of gratitude. 💜
What started as a dream has grown into something so much bigger than I ever imagined. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some truly talented, dedicated and compassionate colleagues who make our clinic what it is. I’m so proud of the team we’ve built and incredibly grateful for every person who has been part of this journey.
And to our patients — thank you. ❤️
Thank you for trusting us with your care, supporting our small business, recommending us to your friends and family, and allowing us to be a small part of your wellness journey. Your support means more than you know.
And a very special thank you to my husband, my boys, my pups, and my family. ❤️ Thank you for believing in me, encouraging me, and supporting me through the long days, the challenges, the changes, and everything that comes with building a business. Your patience, love and support have been a huge part of getting me to where I am today. I couldn’t have done it without you.
Six years of learning, growing, adapting, laughing, working hard, and building something I’m incredibly proud of.
From opening our doors during a pandemic to celebrating six years of growth — what a journey it has been!
Here’s to the past six years, the incredible people who have helped us get here, and everything still to come! 🥂✨
Happy 6th Anniversary, Complete Connective Therapies! 💜
With so much gratitude,
Cat ❤️

☀️ Summer sandals = happy feet… until they don’t! 👣
If you’ve noticed sore arches, aching heels, or tired feet after switching to sandals, you’re not alone. Less support and more time on your feet can leave the muscles and tissues in your feet and lower legs overworked.
Massage therapy can help by:
✨ Reducing muscle tension
✨ Improving circulation
✨ Relieving foot and calf pain
✨ Supporting better mobility and recovery
Don’t let foot pain keep you from enjoying your summer. Give your feet the care they deserve!
