M-shape lips require a very different approach. This lip shape can be more challenging to enhance because the central portion of the upper lip naturally has stronger peaks and can be more resistant to even projection.
For this client, we chose to go slowly and build gradually over 3 separate sessions rather than trying to achieve everything in one appointment.
Each session used less than a full syringe, allowing us to carefully improve shape, balance and volume while keeping the result soft and natural-looking.
The goal wasn’t simply bigger lips — it was to soften the M-shape, improve symmetry and create better harmony while respecting her natural anatomy.
