The chin is an important part of facial muscle work.
Tension around the chin is very common and can contribute to a deeper-looking crease in the area between the lower lip and chin.
When the muscles in this area stay tense, it can also influence the way the lower face and jawline look.
That’s why I gently work through the chin area — releasing tension and helping the tissues soften.
Because when we work with the face, we don’t want to focus on just one area.
Everything is connected.

The platysma is one of the muscles I pay close attention to when working with the neck.
Here, I gently gather and work through the tissue with slow, rubbing movements, moving toward the sternocleidomastoid (SCM).
The goal is to gradually release tension and soften the tissues rather than pulling or forcing them.
The neck is an important part of the overall facial work — everything is connected.

The trapezius is an important part of neck work.
When the trapezius is chronically tense, the shoulders can stay slightly elevated, which may make the neck appear visually shorter.
That’s why I don’t focus only on the neck itself.
I gently work through the trapezius with slow, intentional movements, helping release accumulated tension and allowing the shoulders to soften.
When the shoulders relax, the neck can feel more open and relaxed too.
It’s all connected.

The back of the neck holds so much tension. 🤍
Here, I work gently with the muscles along the back and side of the neck, using slow kneading and careful stretching.
The goal is not to force or pull — just to gradually soften the tissues and give the neck a little more space to relax.
Because relaxed neck muscles can make the whole face feel lighter. ✨

As the treatment comes to an end, I continue with soft, flowing movements — gently stretching the neck and moving across the cheeks with light, rhythmic touches.
Sometimes, it’s the little details that make the whole experience feel so special.
A moment to relax, unwind, and simply enjoy the touch. ✨

That little tension between the brows… 🤍
The corrugator and procerus muscles play an important role in our facial expressions, especially when we frown or concentrate.
With gentle, intentional movements, I work with these muscles to help release accumulated tension and encourage a more relaxed appearance.
It’s not about forcing the muscles to change — it’s about giving them a little attention and care.
Because sometimes, a softer expression begins with letting go. ✨

The nose is an important part of facial work — and often overlooked.
As we age, the tissues around the nose can become tighter and the area may gradually look heavier or wider.
I work gently along the bridge and wings of the nose, as well as the surrounding tissues, as part of the overall facial treatment.
Because the face is connected — and sometimes the smallest areas make a difference. 🤍

Facial lymphatic drainage doesn’t start on the face.
Before working with the face, I gently release the sternocleidomastoid (SCM) and surrounding neck tissues.
The neck is an important part of the pathway for lymphatic drainage, so preparing this area first allows me to work with the face more effectively and gently.
It's all connected!

The neck and chin don’t work in isolation.
I gently stretch and release the platysma before moving into the chin area, allowing the work to flow naturally from one area to the next.
It’s not about forcing or pulling — it’s about working with the muscles and soft tissues with a gentle, intentional touch. 🤍
