✨ When your patient walks out saying they feel brand new…

And suddenly, you’re feeling pretty brand new yourself. 💃😂

That post-treatment confidence hits different!

🧡 On National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we take a moment to listen, learn, and reflect on the history and experiences of Indigenous peoples in Canada.

We recognize the steps taken toward reconciliation and reaffirm the importance of continuing this work, today and every day. 🧡

💪 A strong core is about more than strong abs!

For athletes, effective core training should help you control your movements, transfer force, and stay stable when things get fast and unpredictable. A functional core can make a big difference in your sport. 🏃‍♀️🏒

😂 When your physiotherapist says, “Follow my instructions”… and you decide to take them very literally.

We appreciate the effort, but maybe we should go over the details again. 😅💙

🦵 Shin splints can be common in athletes, especially when returning to sport or increasing training volume.

Understanding what can contribute to them and knowing how to adjust your training can help you keep moving while reducing irritation. Listen to your body, and don’t hesitate to seek guidance if pain persists. 💙

🦘 Jumping is fun… but landing is where the real work begins!

Learning how to land with control can help reduce unnecessary strain on your knees and ankles while keeping you ready for whatever comes next. A little technique can make a big difference! 💪

----------

🏃‍♂️🔄 Running backwards, but make it look natural… that’s the goal! 😂

The challenge: who can make backwards running look effortless? Once we reverse the video, the results might be… surprising. 😆 Who takes the title of best backwards runner?

----------

🏃‍♀️ New to running? Your biggest challenge might not be the running itself… but knowing what not to do! 😅

From doing too much too soon to forgetting to give your body time to adapt, a few common mistakes can make getting started harder than it needs to be. The good news? They’re easy to avoid with a little know-how. 💪

----------

🏃‍♀️ Quick cuts, sharp turns, fast feet… great for your game, but not always easy on your joints!

Training your body to handle sudden changes in direction can help you move with more control and confidence while reducing unnecessary strain on your knees and ankles. A little preparation can go a long way! 💪
