“The best results usually come from clients who trust the designer and the process, even if they don’t know exactly what they want at the beginning. Clear goals, context, and examples of brands they like are far more helpful than trying to design the solution themselves. The strongest outcomes happen when clients focus on what they’re trying to achieve rather than how it should look. The most useful feedback is consolidated and objective-based, explaining what doesn’t feel right and why, instead of prescribing specific design changes. That kind of feedback gives designers space to solve the problem properly.”
