Body Elevation Fitness was established by Peter Henein, a certified personal trainer and lifestyle consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and an average client retention rate of 10 years. With a background in exercise science, Peter has worked alongside medical and physical therapy professionals to create personalized training programs that promote long-term health, strength, and mobility.
Beyond training, Peter is passionate about continuous learning and innovation. He stays up to date with the latest fitness research and integrates cutting-edge tools to enhance his clients' experience. Outside of work, he enjoys Muay Thai, coaching and playing basketball, and singing.
