Freddie is SO excited to meet you all this Sunday at Car Free Day! He’ll be hanging out at our booth from 12:30–3:00 PM, so come by and say hi! 💙

But we’ve had a few people around the clinic asking… “Okay, but who exactly IS this dog we keep seeing all over your social media?” 😂

Well, let us re-introduce you!

Freddie lives with our RMT Chloe, and when the clinic needed someone to take over the social media, Freddie knew his cute face could help turn a few heads… or at the very least, get us some extra likes. 😉🐶

So, it was decided that every Friday, Freddie would make an appearance on the Cornerstones Instagram to share a few fun health tips, clinic updates, or sometimes just bring a little smile to your face before the weekend.

And somewhere along the way, Freddie’s role became much more official. His current title is Pawblic Relations Director & Social Media Manager 🐾📱

He may be small in stature, but he’s made a big impact as a very important (and very cute) member of the Cornerstones team. 💙

Not exactly the summer weather we were hoping for…

With wildfire smoke affecting our air quality, it’s important to take a few extra precautions when spending time outside.

😷 Check the air quality before heading outdoors
🏃‍♀️ Skip or reduce strenuous outdoor exercise when smoke levels are high
🚪 Keep windows and doors closed when possible
💧 Stay hydrated and take breaks indoors
🌬️ If you have an air purifier, use it to help improve indoor air quality

If you’re experiencing coughing, throat irritation, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, or worsening symptoms, take it easy and consider seeking medical advice.

Stay safe and take care of yourselves while the smoke is around! 🤍

Freddie is officially off on his very first ferry ride! 🐾⛴️
