24 May – Animal Flow®
A movement system grounded in biomechanics and human function. Improve coordination, mobility, and full-body control.

31 May – Introduction to Handstands
Learn the foundations of strength, balance, and body control—no experience (and no pressure to go upside down).

7 June – Resistance Training for Women
A coaching-led introduction to strength training - focused on technique, confidence, and long-term health.

Intro to Handstands – Starting May 3rd

Handstands might look advanced… but they’re one of the most fun and rewarding ways to train - and far more accessible than most people think.

We’re kicking off our next 6-week Intro to Handstand program on Sunday, May 3rd at 9:30am at Gravity.

This isn’t about “just balancing upside down” and having a ton@of fun. It’s about what happens to your body when you train this way:
🔘Build real upper body & core strength
🔘Improve shoulder mobility and joint health
🔘Develop balance, coordination, and body awareness
🔘Enhance posture and alignment
🔘Increase confidence through skill progression

And yes… actually enjoy training again.

No experience needed -we meet you where you’re at and coach you step-by-step. This is a Day 1 class so there is no need or expectation to go upside down - but the routine is still a workout and lots of fun.

If you’ve ever thought “that looks cool… but I could never do that”- this is exactly for you.
