By paying this deposit, you agree to the Lashes in Pink! deposit policy. DEPOSIT POLICY – You will be asked to send a deposit to [email protected] upon your appointment request and confirmation. This deposit must be sent within 24 HOURS or your appointment will be cancelled. Your deposit secures your eyelash full set/fill appointment. Deposits will be applied to the purchase of a full set/fill at the end of your service. Lashes In Pink has a 24 hour Cancellation Policy. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE unless you cancel BEFORE 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Should you cancel less than 24 hours or fail to show for your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule before 24 hours of your appointment, you will be able to apply your deposit to your newly scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours or did not show to your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded and you will need to make a new deposit to reschedule. Late Arrivals:
We ask that our clients to arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. There is no fee for late arrivals, but the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. Guests arriving over 15-20 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While I will try my best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at my discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect. Eyelash Fills:
Clients returning for a lash fill must have AT LEAST 50% of their lash extensions still remaining. Clients returning with less lashes than this may be charged for a full set service as more product and time will be needed to completely fill your set. Be sure to arrive with clean lashes and no makeup. I will perform lash fills on work that was not originally done from Lashes In Pink. I care about the health of your lashes and safety of my clients the most. Sometimes, the previous lash work not done by Lashes In Pink, may be determined by the lash artist to be harmful to your lashes and may be suggested to have them removed. You would then need to purchase a full set of eyelash extensions. Payment | Gratuity:
Deposit must be sent upon request and confirmation of your appointment. I accept payment in the form of cash or e-transfer, although e-transfer may be more helpful when making your deposit. Gratuities are genuinely appreciated. A 15-20% gratuity is generally common with professional services.
