Behind every little braid is a little story… 💕 My sweet girl Avely. One of the biggest perks of having a mom who braids? You get to be my little model whenever inspiration strikes. ✨

She sat so patiently while I created this cute style with pops of pink, glitter, and tiny charms. She absolutely loved it… For less than 10 hours. 🤣 Yep… 10 whole hours. Then she decided it was time to take the braids out because, well… She’s 3, & that’s what toddlers do 🤣

Who else has a child that can’t leave their hair alone? Please tell me I’m not the only one! 😂💕

I send my policy to every single client before booking, whether you’re a first-time client, a returning client over the years, family, or a friend. Everyone is treated equally, and no one receives special treatment. Please take the time to read my policy 𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉𝒍𝒚. It’s there to protect both you and me, and it answers most questions before they become problems. Something many people don’t realize is that if you have a 𝒑𝒊𝒙𝒊𝒆 𝒄𝒖𝒕, 𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒄𝒖𝒕, 𝒐𝒓 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒕 𝒃𝒐𝒃, there are certain braid styles that simply aren’t possible due to hair length and density. That’s exactly why I ask questions and provide my policy before confirming an appointment.

I will always try to find a fair and respectful resolution to any issue before anything else. However, I will not tolerate 𝒅𝒊𝒔𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕, 𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕, 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒊𝒅𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝒐𝒓 𝒃𝒖𝒍𝒍𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈. I run a small home-based business, and there is no manager or corporate office above me to force me to provide a service, I am not obligated to fix or continue working on anyone’s hair if I choose not to, especially when my policies have been ignored or I have been treated disrespectfully. I reserve the right to discontinue (potential) services, when necessary as outline in my policy.

I also want to clarify my deposit policy. If I have already purchased your hair and it is on its way to me, your deposit will 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒃𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒇𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒅. That is completely outside of my control. Hair suppliers 𝒅𝒐 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒂𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒑𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒔 on hair products, even when they are still factory sealed and unopened. Once those products have been ordered specifically for your appointment, those funds have already been spent. My policy is always available and is sent before I provide booking information. Once you choose to proceed, you are agreeing to those terms. I will never withhold anyone’s money unfairly, but I also will not be pressured into issuing refunds when a client has gone against a policy that was clearly provided and accepted.
