At Awakening you’ll experience the power of your own breath. Sacha will guide you as you breathe intentionally to release old stored emotions and energy, leaving you lighter, clearer, and more connected to your heart and truth.

You will then sink into a live sound experience by Sundance. The resonant frequencies and vibrations of voice, drum, gongs and crystal bowls will help you more deeply harmonize and
integrate your experience.

This space of presence invites you to connect to your authentic self.

WHAT TO BRING AND HOUSE RULES
💧 Hydration: Please bring a water bottle.
🧘‍♂️ Comfort: For floor spots, please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, ect.
🚫 Scent-aware: To keep the space accessible for everyone, we thank you for NO perfumes, colognes, or strongly scented products.
📵 Presence and Privacy: No phones or pictures inside the Sanctuary. Please do feel free to grab pictures after the event is complete in the reception area!
♿️ Accessibility: The space is wheelchair accessible. Please contact us directly to make arrangements beforehand.

We have a three-hour window at the Lakeview United Church.

The thing I am really looking forward to is how spacious the experience will be.

We get to experience you and you get to experience us. Slowing down and experiencing with each other.

Some of the most significant transformations for people occur when they’ve had space to integrate the work and space is where the miracle occurs.

When we know we have extra time, it feels more open. There’s no constraint to work with as much and we can allow ourselves to get lost in the whole experience of it all and then find our way back home.

Sacha is guiding a brand new breath journey curated to touch what is already inside you.

The breathing naturally shifts our nervous system to process and release stored tension.

Then we will journey into a 40-minute sound bath with voice song channeling, drum, gongs and crystal bowls.

The sound helps drop the active mind and sink into deep relaxation.

This is regenerative for your body and harmonizes everything you just moved with your breath.

Jenn and Karen are bringing their pure essence to the space to continuously hold the field.

The exchange is two-for-one.
The price is $25.97 when you bring someone.

This is also a great pre-mother’s day treat to retreat into.
