Hair lessons 101: EVERYONE needs to shampoo. Unless you have a brush cut, you need to shampoo twice. The 2 to 3 minutes of shampooing is the total time between the 2 times. Make sure to rinse well until there's no more bubbles. The need for conditioning is based on hair type; that's another lesson for another day.🛀
