I'm excited to share my workshop, Healing From Within — a wellness-focused program that empowers youth and community members through self-care, personal growth, and cultural connection.

Through interactive discussions, mindful movement, self-care activities, and creative learning experiences, participants are encouraged to build confidence, develop healthy coping strategies, and strengthen their overall well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

Meet Lacy.💛 Lacy is a proud Saulteaux woman from Pasqua First Nation and a Certified Clinical Spa Technician with a passion for beauty, wellness, and helping others feel confident from the inside out. As a mother to her daughter and son, she brings warmth, care, and genuine connection into every treatment she provides.

She specializes in facials, self-care treatments, and creating a relaxing and welcoming experience for every client who walks through the door. Outside of work, Lacy enjoys running👟, working out💪, and yoga🧘‍♀️. All things that help her stay balanced and grounded.

She’s excited to welcome both new and familiar faces and be part of your self-care journey!✨
