This appointment came with a pretty cool bonus for my kiddos too, he was sweet enough to let them check out and sit on his motorcycle, and you KNOW they thought that was the coolest thing ever 😂🏍️❤️

Had to pop on and show off today’s set because LOOK AT THESE BRAIDS 😍🔥 All ready for her fight tomorrow! 🥊 The pop of red is EVERYTHING and they turned out absolutely amazing.

And of course, appointments around here come with a few extra perks… some much-loved and therapeutic cat snuggles 🐱🥹 and apparently dog kisses too 🤣🐶💋

Picture day at school today 📸✨ So OF COURSE the girls had requests for exactly how they wanted their hair done for their pictures 😂💕 We were up early to bring their visions to life!

Maibel went for HOT PINK 🩷
Daisy wanted WHITE 🤍

They were also SO excited to wear the shirts we had made for when we announced the new pregnancy to them 🥹💕 I love that they wanted to wear something that already holds such a special memory for their school pictures.

I love that they’re old enough now to have their own little visions and know exactly what they want and I love even more that Mom gets to bring those ideas to life. 🥹

Safe to say, they’re definitely going to remember these school pictures! 😂💕

Back to school has me SOOO tired, but I’ve still been working away over here, I promise! 😂💗

Between my bus runs, after work, and weekends, I’ve been squeezing in lots of braiding, plus a dread install! Life is definitely busy right now, but I’m still making time for something I love. 🥰 I had to reschedule one appointment and I felt so bad but I had to be realistic about what my body was able to handle while growing my little baby 🥹💞

This is one I finished today and OH MY GOODNESS 😍💗 I LOVE working with fashion colours!! The bright pink mixed with the blonde, the length, the curls… all of it! So fun, so bold, and such a beautiful finished look. ✨

🤍 A little personal update from behind the braiding chair… 🤍

I’ve been keeping a pretty BIG little secret! 🥹 Baby Langford is officially joining our team in January/February 2027! ⚾️👶🏼

Our family is so incredibly excited for this next chapter, and I feel beyond blessed to be growing a baby while continuing to grow Braids by Bailey. 🫶🏼

To all of my amazing clients, thank you for supporting me, cheering me on, and being part of this little business that means so much to me. Don’t worry, I’m still behind the chair and braiding away… I may just be moving a little slower as this belly gets bigger. 😂🤰🏻

A very special thank you to Spark Joy 3.5 and Angela Sundby - Photography for helping us pull off the sweetest surprise announcement for the kids. 🥹🤍 We really wanted to make telling them about their new little sibling a special memory, especially since this is our last baby, and you both helped make it even more perfect than we imagined. 📚🚌 SCHOOL YEAR HOURS ARE COMING! 🚌📚

It’s almost that time again! With summer winding down and the kids heading back to school, my schedule at Braids by Bailey will be changing a little too.

As many of you know, I’m also a school bus driver, so once school starts my weekday appointments need to work around my morning and afternoon bus routes. 💕 Don’t worry, I’m definitely not disappearing for the school year! 😂 I’ll still have lots of opportunities to get you into my chair, my schedule will just look a little different than it has throughout the summer.

📚 Back to school officially starts September 8th, so beginning that day my regular availability will be:

✨ MONDAY – FRIDAY
10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
&
After 6:00 PM

✨ SATURDAYS
Available ALL DAY

✨ SUNDAYS
Closed

I do occasionally make special arrangements for Sunday afternoons, so if you have something coming up and absolutely need a Sunday appointment, feel free to message me! I can’t guarantee availability, but from time to time I may be able to accommodate you. 🫶🏼

📚 PD DAYS & SCHOOL HOLIDAYS

One little bonus of my school bus schedule is that I’ll also have additional daytime availability on PD days, school holidays and school breaks! Once the school year gets underway, I’ll update those dates on my booking calendar so you’ll be able to see the extra availability as it comes up.

This summer has kept me incredibly busy, and I’m so grateful for every person who has sat in my chair and trusted me with their hair. 🥹🫶🏼

Since my availability will be a little more limited during the school year, I recommend booking ahead whenever possible, especially for longer appointments. My booking site will always show my most up-to-date availability so you can easily find a time that works for you.
