Just a reminder on protocols, effective immediately
I am also enforcing that if clients continue to cancel scheduled appointments and it becomes more then occasional (illness etc), they will be required to pay a non refundable deposit before I will book the appointment. It is frustrating to have slots booked weeks in advance and then cancelled when other clients were turned away from that spot. Please be courteous and make sure to book your appointments accordingly
