What is DYNAMIC CUPPING?

It is the application of silicone cups to specific areas of the body, integrating massage/gliding. Dynamic Cupping should incorporate both passive and active ranges of motion and sometimes cups are stationary while the Massage Therapist works on other areas of the body. It is the safest intake form of cupping and the least to leave a mark for a long time or to leave a mark at all. The main benefit of cupping is to release fascia and to encourage blood flow to the area for a faster recovery.
