If you've noticed I've been a little quiet on here, you're absolutely right.

Over the past while, I've been focusing on growth, healing, and working behind the scenes in both my business and personal life. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is give ourselves permission to slow down, regroup, and come back with greater clarity and intention.

Hey, everyone. 🌿

I know it’s been a while since I last showed up here. Life has been happening, and as much as I wanted to be consistent with Instagram, I needed to take a pause.

Since getting married last year, I’ve been on a journey of healing, growth, and so much inner work. Being a solo business owner while balancing my personal life has been a lot, and if I’m being completely honest, I didn’t have the capacity to manage social media on top of it all.

I’ve realized that sometimes we need to prioritize other things, even when we’ve promised ourselves we’d stay on track.

For me, healing has been one of those things. This year has taught me so much, and it’s been an emotional process of shedding limiting beliefs and reprogramming my mind to feel deserving of the good things in my life.

There have been times when I’ve felt like an imposter, questioning my abilities, even when my amazing clients have shown me so much love and appreciation. Your support means the world to me, and I want to be transparent about what I’ve been going through.

So, I apologize for being MIA, but I’m still here, still accommodating clients, and still passionate about what I do.

Moving forward, I’ll do my best to show up more, but I’m also learning to set boundaries and honor what I need—my mental health, my well-being, and my healing journey.
