I know our new booking system has been a bit of an adjustment this past week, and we really appreciate everyone’s patience while we work through it together.
A few of you have run into trouble booking, especially when adding more than one service — so swipe through for a full breakdown of how booking works, whether it’s one appointment or several.
Quick explainer on the part that’s been tripping people up: when you’re booking multiple services, always choose the time slot that comes right after your previous appointment — that’s what keeps everything back to back. If that next time isn’t showing as an option, it simply means that spot isn’t available, usually because the appointment after yours doesn’t leave enough room, or another client is already booked in.
Here’s the important part: even if that back-to-back time isn’t available, the service still gets added to your cart and your deposit is still charged for it — it just won’t show a confirmed time on the calendar. This applies every time you add another service, whether it’s your 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th — so please double check each one as you go, not just the first add-on.
Always check your summary before confirming: if a service shows a specific time, it’s booked. If it only shows a price with no time, it’s not booked yet. That deposit stays on your account for 30 days, so it’s not lost right away — but please message us as soon as you notice so we can find you a spot, offer a different day, or refund you. We’d rather sort it out together than have you lose it.
