When you come in with low back pain, shoulder discomfort, or neck tension, we certainly want to address the area that’s bothering you. But we also ask a bigger question:

For example, low back pain can sometimes be influenced by tight hip flexors, restricted hamstrings, weak or overworked glutes, decreased mobility through the upper back, or changes in the way your body moves and compensates over time.

Pain is often the body’s way of telling us that something else needs attention.

That’s why every treatment at Kinetic Massage & Wellness is tailored specifically to you. We don’t just focus on where it hurts—we assess how your body is functioning as a whole so we can help identify and address contributing factors, not just the symptoms.

Our goal is to help you move better, feel better, and get to the root of the issue whenever possible.
