I've been a little quiet on here lately...

Life has been full—in the best way. Between caring for clients, keeping up with family life, and preparing for an upcoming family vacation, social media has taken a back seat.

Thank you for continuing to support my little business, whether that's by booking appointments, recommending me to a friend, or simply following along here. It truly means more than you know.

I have a fairly full schedule this week, but there are still a few limited appointments available before I head away.

The clinic will be closed for a much-needed family vacation staring Monday, July 13th will reopen Tuesday, August 5th.

If you've been hoping to get in before then, send me a message. I'll do everything I can to fit in those who need an appointment before I leave. 💛

If your calendar is full, this is for you.

Summer has a way of filling every square on the calendar.

Work.
Kids.
Camping.
BBQs.
Vacations.
Ball games.
Yard projects.
Family visits.

It's exciting... but it's also easy to look up halfway through July and realize you've been taking care of everyone except yourself.

One thing I've learned is that if something matters, it needs a place on the calendar.

Just like appointments, birthdays, and family events.

Whether it's a massage or Thai Foot Reflexology, making time for your wellbeing isn't about doing more—it's about making room for what helps you feel your best.

✨ Even with extended summer hours, availability is becoming limited:
• Limited daytime appointments
• Limited afternoon appointments
• Limited evening appointments

Please note the clinic will be closed Wednesday for Canada Day, so booking ahead is recommended.

Here's a funny way to know if you're overdue for a massage...

You make a noise every time you stand up. 😅

You know the one.

The little grunt.
The dramatic sigh.
The slow-motion stretch before moving.

While getting older may be unavoidable, feeling stiff all the time doesn't have to be.

Whether you've spent the week at a desk, on your feet, driving, coaching, gardening, or chasing kids around, your body works hard for you every day.

Taking care of it is never a bad investment.

Availabilities as early as next week! Summer hours in affect (more hours to choose from!)

Consistency beats intensity.

When it comes to taking care of our health, most of us think in extremes.

We wait until something hurts.
We wait until we're exhausted.
We wait until we "have time."

But some of the healthiest habits come from small, consistent actions repeated over time.

Drinking water.
Going for walks.
Getting enough sleep.
Moving your body.

And yes—taking care of your muscles before they become a problem.

Massage therapy doesn't have to be something reserved for special occasions. It can simply be one of the tools you use to support your health throughout the year.

A few daytime and evening appointments remain this week if you're due for some maintenance. ✨

Summer can be surprisingly hard on your body.

More walking.
More yard work.
More camping.
More sports.
More road trips.
More time chasing kids around parks and ball diamonds.

The extra activity is wonderful—but it can also leave your body feeling stiff, tight, and more fatigued than usual.

One of the biggest benefits of regular massage isn't just relaxation—it's helping your body keep up with the life you want to live.

Whether you're spending weekends at the lake, on the golf course, or cheering from the sidelines, taking care of your body can help you enjoy it all a little more comfortably.

When clients start rebooking before they leave, I pay attention. 👀

One of the most common things I've been hearing lately is how much people are loving Thai Foot Reflexology.

Not because it's trendy.
Not because it's new.

Because of how it makes them feel.

Relaxed.
Refreshed.
Lighter.
Calmer.

Sometimes the simplest treatments end up making the biggest impression.

If you've been curious about trying Thai Foot Reflexology, this might be the perfect week to experience what everyone has been talking about. 👣💛

Remaining availability:
• A few daytime and evening spots next week

We spend a lot of time talking about backs, necks, and shoulders.

But what about the body part carrying you through every single day?

Your feet absorb thousands of steps, hours of standing, workouts, errands, yard work, sports, and everything in between.

It's no surprise that when your feet finally get some attention, your whole body notices.

Whether you're on your feet all day for work, constantly chasing kids, or simply looking for a deeply relaxing treatment, Thai Foot Reflexology has quickly become one of the most talked-about services in the clinic.

And honestly? The reviews have been making me smile all week. 👣✨

Limited availability remains:
Thursday evening, and Friday evening.

I need to talk about Thai Foot Reflexology for a minute.

When I first introduced it, I thought people would enjoy it.

What I didn't expect was how many clients would leave saying things like:

✨ "That was amazing."
✨ "I didn't realize how much tension I was holding in my feet."
✨️ "I can't feel my feet... in a good way! They usually always hurt!"
✨ "You only worked on my feet, how did so many other things improve too?"
✨ "When can I book that again?"

Our feet work hard every single day, yet they're often one of the most overlooked parts of the body.

Thai Foot Reflexology combines deep relaxation with focused techniques designed to leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and surprisingly relaxed.

The feedback so far has been incredible, and I'm so excited to continue offering it. 👣💛

Available appointments this week:
• Tuesday daytime & evening
• Wednesday evening
• Thursday evening
• Friday evening

Future you will probably thank you.

You know those things you keep meaning to do for yourself?

Book the appointment.
Drink more water.
Stretch more often.
Take the break.
Slow down for an hour.

They tend to stay on the list while we prioritize everything else.

One of the most common things I hear after a treatment is:
"I should have done this sooner."

As this week wraps up, there are still a few daytime opportunities available next week.

And for those looking for evening appointments, booking ahead is recommended as evening availability is becoming increasingly limited. 💛

06/10/2026

We ask a lot from our bodies.

We expect them to keep up with long days, busy schedules, family responsibilities, work demands, workouts, hobbies, road trips, and everything else life throws at us.

And most of the time, they do.

But supporting your body shouldn't only happen when something hurts.

Regular massage can be a great way to maintain mobility, address areas of tension before they become bigger issues, and simply invest in your overall wellbeing.

There are still daytime appointments available this week if you've been meaning to get yourself booked in. ✨
