Another year is behind you, and I could not be prouder of the woman you have become.

Today, you turn 43.

You usually write beautiful messages for everyone else,but today, these words belong to you.

You have built a life, a family and a business with your own two hands. You opened LaCroa Studio and turned a dream into something real. You kept going through exhaustion, uncertainty, fear and moments when you questioned whether you were strong enough.

And every single time, you proved that you were.

You have carried so much while still showing up for the people you love. You have been a wife, a mother, a leader, a businesswoman and a safe place for so many others. But this year, promise yourself that you will become a safe place for yourself, too.

Promise to love yourself a little more.

Speak to yourself with kindness. Protect your peace. Trust your instincts. Stop shrinking to make other people comfortable. Stop questioning whether you are enough.

You are enough, and you always have been.

Love your body for everything it has carried you through. Love every curve, every scar and every beautiful imperfection. Your body does not need to be perfect to deserve your love.

Never settle for less than… Remember that being kind does not mean being weak. You can have a soft heart and strong boundaries. You can be loving and still choose yourself.

I wish you all the love you deserve, all the laughter your soul needs and all the happiness this world can hold.

Keep dreaming boldly. Keep building. Keep becoming the woman you know you were always meant to be, brave, confident, approachable, powerful and completely unapologetic.

Walk into every room knowing who you are.

Put that beautiful smile on your face, lift your head and glow like the sun.

Some journeys come full circle.

During my recent trip to Croatia, I had the opportunity to visit the Keune Academy. Walking through the place where so much innovation and education happens reminded me just how long this journey has been.

My relationship with Keune began 25 years ago, and it has been part of my growth as a hairstylist ever since. Seeing the passion, craftsmanship, and vision behind the brand was truly inspiring.
