You spend all day being needed.
Someone needs an answer.
Someone needs your attention.
Someone needs you to remember something, organize something, fix something, or hold everything together.
And somewhere in the middle of taking care of everyone else, you keep telling yourself:
“I'll take care of me when things calm down.”
But when does that actually happen?
Because there's always another thing.
Another responsibility.
Another person who needs you.
And you deserve an hour where you don't have to be the one holding it all together.
Introducing…
🖤 THE WITCHING HOUR 🖤
A 60-Minute Reiki Regulation Session where you get to slow down, breathe, receive, and let the rest of the world wait.
No expectations.
No performing.
No explaining why you're exhausted.
Just one hour that's actually yours.
OCTOBER SPECIAL
✨ 60-Minute Reiki Regulation Session
Regular $120 October price: $97
📍 In-person at Lunar Wellness in Stony Plain
🌙 Or virtually, from the comfort of your own home.

Because you don't need to wait until you're completely fu***ng burned out to decide that you matter too.
Come spend an hour not being needed.
Book your Witching Hour through the link in my bio.
You know that moment when you finally admit:
“I can’t take on anything else right now.”
And instead of someone actually hearing you, they say:
“You just need to push through.”
Oh my fu***ng g.
If you’ve never lived this reality, you probably don’t understand why that sentence can feel like a punch in the face.
Because you’re not saying you’re tired.
You’re not saying you don’t feel like doing something.
You’re saying:
I am at my fu***ng limit.
And when you’re a single mom, there isn’t another parent waiting in the wings to step in when you’re sick, overwhelmed, burned out, or completely out of capacity.
There isn’t another adult coming home to take over dinner.
Bedtime.
Appointments.
School stuff.
Groceries.
Laundry.
Bills.
Work.
The emotional needs of your kids.
The emotional needs of everyone else.
It all still needs to happen.
Even when you have absolutely nothing left.
So when you finally say:
“I can’t handle one more thing.”
You don’t need someone to tell you to be stronger.
You don’t need another motivational speech.
You don’t need someone who has never had to carry your reality telling you to push through.
Because the truth is…
You’ve already been pushing through.
You’ve been pushing through for months.
Maybe years.
You’ve been getting up when you wanted to stay in bed.
Showing up when you were exhausted.
Making dinner when you didn't have the energy.
Going to work when your brain was barely functioning.
Taking care of everyone while quietly wondering:
“Who the hell is taking care of me?”
And sometimes pushing through isn't strength.
Sometimes pushing through is exactly what takes you from overwhelmed to completely fu***ng burned out.
You are allowed to reach your limit.
You are allowed to say:
I can’t do this today.
I need help.
I need something taken off my plate.
I need to rest.
And you are allowed to be angry when someone who has never lived your reality tells you that you just need to try harder.
Because maybe what you need isn't another person telling you how to carry the weight.
Maybe you need someone to finally say:
“Okay. Put it down. What can I t

YOU MIGHT KNOW FIGHT, FLIGHT, FREEZE AND FAWN.
But recognizing them in your actual life is a whole different thing.
Because flight doesn't always look like physically running away.
Sometimes it looks like being the woman who never stops moving.
Freeze doesn't always mean standing completely still.
Sometimes it's staring at the email you need to answer for three days because your brain simply will not cooperate.
Fight isn't always yelling.
And fawn can look a whole lot like being the "nice," "easygoing," "low-maintenance" woman everyone loves because you rarely tell anyone what you actually need.
That's why learning your own patterns can be so powerful.
Not so you can slap another label on yourself.
Not so you can judge yourself every time you react.
So you can start noticing what's happening and get curious about what you need in that moment.
Because awareness creates space for a different response.
And sometimes the first step really is as simple as:
"Ohhhh. I do that."
So let's find out.
Which one shows up most for you?
Fight, flight, freeze or fawn?
And yes, "all of the fu***ng above" is an acceptable answer.

CUNTY IS HOT ...
Choosing yourself is c**t.
Going to therapy is c**t.
Doing the nervous system work is c**t.
Setting the boundary you used to be terrified to set?
C**t.
Resting without feeling like you need to earn it?
Extremely c**t.
Realizing that being able to tolerate absolute chaos isn't actually the personality trait you thought it was?
Also c**t.
I spent a lot of my life thinking strength meant being able to survive anything.
Push through it.
Handle it myself.
Keep going.
Don't let anyone see how hard it is.
But healing has changed what strength looks like to me.
Now I think it's powerful to say, "Actually, I don't want to live like this anymore."
To recognize your patterns.
To get curious about why you respond the way you do.
To ask for help.
To stop abandoning yourself to keep other people comfortable.
To take care of your body.
To learn what safety feels like.
To become softer without becoming smaller.
And to realize that healing isn't about becoming some perfectly regulated, unbothered version of yourself who never struggles again.
It's learning how to come back to yourself when you do.
And THAT?
So fu***ng c**t.
Okay, your turn.
What's something you've done for yourself or your healing lately that deserves to be called absolutely c**t?
I wanna hear it in the comments.
I've been pretty quiet on here for the last week.
What started as a wasp sting turned into a serious infection, and suddenly everything else had to stop.
Work. Content. Appointments. Plans. All of it.
And as a single mom, that's fu***ng scary.
Because there isn't another parent waiting in the wings to take over when I can't.
My babies need me.
My business needs me.
My clients need me.
The house still exists. The bills still exist. Life doesn't conveniently stop because Mom is sick.
And there was definitely a part of my brain saying, "But what about work? What about everything you're supposed to be doing?"
But over the last few years, I've learned to answer that voice differently.
What about me?
I've learned that my health has to come first.
Not when it's convenient.
Not after the work is finished.
Not once everyone else has what they need.
First.
Because I'm a single mom. My babies depend on me. I have a life I've fought incredibly fu***ng hard to still be here living.
Taking care of my health isn't something I can keep putting at the bottom of the list.
So when my body tells me something is wrong, I listen.
I got medical care.
I took the medication.
I cancelled what needed to be cancelled.
I rested.
I let the business be quiet.
And I took care of myself.
Because this is something I've been practicing for years now:
My health comes first because it has to.
I'm finally feeling better and slowly getting back to That Healing Witch, my new space at Lunar Wellness, and all the things I've been excited to share with you.
But I'm coming back without apologizing for the time I needed.
And if you're another mom who keeps putting herself at the bottom of her own list…
Maybe you needed that reminder today too.
You fu***ng matter in your family too.
