So… when should babies start crawling? 👀👶🏻
The short answer: there isn’t one exact age!
Many babies begin crawling somewhere around 7–10 months, but some start earlier, some later, and some skip traditional crawling completely.
Crawling is a great way for babies to practice coordination, build shoulder and core strength, shift their weight, and learn to use both sides of their body together. 💪🏻
There’s also no magic age when they need to “stop” crawling. As they learn to pull up, cruise, and walk, they’ll naturally start exploring other ways to get around.
Every baby develops at their own pace. What matters most is seeing progress and curiosity as they explore movement. 🤍
Save this post if you’re navigating your little one’s developmental milestones!
Tummy time isn’t just playtime, it’s practice! 👶✨
It helps babies build neck, shoulder, back, and core strength to support important movement skills like head control, rolling, sitting, and crawling.
And yes, short sessions count! Tummy time on the floor, your chest, or your lap can all give your baby a chance to practice moving and exploring. 🤍
If tummy time is consistently difficult or your baby strongly favors one side, it’s worth bringing it up with your pediatrician or another pediatric healthcare professional.

How Carrying a Child on Your Hip Adds Up Over Time Propping a child on one hip while you cook dinner, answer the door, or just walk across a room, is one of the most natural movements a parent or caregiver makes. But that same natural habit, repeated day after day, can eventually reshape how your spine and hips carry your own weight.

Scoliosis doesn’t automatically rule out chiropractic care. 👀
The goal isn’t to straighten the curve. It’s to understand your spine, support mobility, and address symptoms like stiffness or muscle tension when appropriate.
Your care should be individualized to your curve, symptoms, and movement needs.
💭 Have scoliosis and wondering if chiropractic care is right for you? Book an assessment and find out what’s appropriate for your spine.
Money can’t buy happiness, but it can buy you 60 minutes of peace. 💆♀️
No emails. No errands. No one asking what’s for dinner.
Just you, a little relaxation, and some well-deserved time to yourself. 😌

When should you bring your child to a chiropractor? 👇
Three situations worth paying attention to:
1️⃣ After a fall, collision, or sports injury.
2️⃣ When you notice changes in posture or movement.
3️⃣ When headaches or back pain keep coming back.
Your child doesn’t need to be in pain for you to ask questions about their movement and development.
A pediatric assessment can help you understand what’s going on and whether further care is appropriate.
Have questions? We’re here to help. 💙

They call us a chiropractic office. But honestly, that’s the least interesting thing about us...
What happens here goes beyond the adjustment.
Great chiropractic care isn’t just about what happens on the table.
It’s about how you feel, move, and live outside of it.
If this is the kind of care you believe in, you’re in the right place.
💬 What do you value most in a healthcare provider?
Massage therapy can do more than help you relax. It may also help address some of the physical factors that contribute to headaches.
🔹 It Releases Muscle Tension
Tightness in the neck, jaw, and upper back can contribute to headaches. Massage targets those areas directly.
🔹 It Calms the Nervous System
Massage may help your body shift into a more relaxed state, which can support pain regulation.
🔹 It Addresses More Than the Symptom
Instead of only focusing on pain once it starts, massage can work on the muscle tension and physical factors that may contribute to it.
If headaches are becoming part of your routine, it may be time to look beyond the headache itself.
💬 Where do you usually feel tension when you get a headache: your neck, shoulders, jaw, or all three?
📌 Save this for your next headache-care reminder and follow for more simple tips for feeling better in your body.
Massage isn’t just about relaxing your muscles. 💆♀️
Stress can show up in the body in ways you may not expect from muscle tension to poor sleep and feeling constantly “on.”
Taking care of your body can also be part of taking care of your well-being.
💬 Have you noticed how stress shows up in your body?
Not all superheroes wear capes… 🦸♂️
Some carry adjusting tables, therapy tools, and a pretty solid understanding of the spine.
Behind every treatment is a clinician who’s ready to listen, assess, and help you move with more confidence.
Here’s to the chiropractors who show up, put in the work, and somehow make it look easy.
