Common Open House Questions Answered:
*Can I call to purchase?
-Yes but the phone is not our priority during our open houses, people in front of us are. However we do our best to get back to our voicemails when we have lulls.
*Whats the online coupon at purchase?
- “7YEARS”
*Can I get 20% off of the packages of 3 or 6?
-No, those are already discounted. 20% off is for individual treatments, and you may purchase up to 3.
*Are the doctors services included in the sale?
-No, she does not put injectable services on sale.
*Why aren’t we doing 30% off this year?
-Due to the large increase of consumable cost on every service we offer, we can no longer that that kind of significant hit on the price. We do feel 20% is still really great!
*Is it one day only or will you honour it all month?
-One day only! There will be no other specials for June.
*If you are fully booked for the facial and pit party can I get that discount some other day if I book in June?
-No, these are for our open houses and once they are booked we open a waitlist, if they are full.
*Can I enter the draws if I don’t make a purchase?
-No, giveaways are for clients who make purchases that day only, online, in person or over the phone.
I entry per person.
*Do these services expire?
-Yes discounted services purchased on series on account have a 2 year expiry.
