Hi everyone 🤍
A little update on what my day-to-day has been looking like lately, along with some photos from recovery. Recovery has definitely been slower than I expected at times. Shout out to my girls for helping.Keep my spirits high and the laughs going but honestly, after years of being full-on in the salon nonstop, this downtime has been good not only for my physical healing but also for my mental health.
Every day has looked a little different, with different challenges, energy levels, and adjustments. Most days the exhaustion tends to hit hard around 2 o’clock, so I’m still learning how to pace myself and listen to my body through all of this. Alongside recovery, there has also been some family things weighing heavily on my mind and heart , which has made this a little more emotionally exhausting as well.
I’m officially back at work and slowly easing back into my schedule while continuing to focus on my health and recovery. Over the next little while, appointments may look a bit different as I transition back in. This may include limited availability, adjusted booking times, or occasional last-minute changes to dates and times depending on how I’m feeling day to day.
I truly apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and deeply appreciate your patience, kindness, and understanding during this time.
