“I always got migraines whenever I would light a candle and I isn’t understand why. It was so frustrating because I love having candles to set the mood and the vibe, especially after a long day you know?

Then I went down the Google rabbit hole and found out that many candles on the market contain toluene and benzene - a carcinogen.

You can imagine how shocked I was and I was asking myself, WHY IS THIS ALLOWED?!

I decided I had enough of wasting my hard earned money and sacrificing my health for poisonous candles. That’s when I decided I’m going to create my own line of harmless candles.

I spent years researching, sourcing and sampling ingredients right down to the candle vessel and wick. That’s when I found a manufacturer that created candles WITHOUT what I dubbed the Toxic 6:

Carcinogens
Mutagens
Reproductive toxins
Organ toxins
Acute toxins

Of course this meant the materials used for the candles would be pricey but I didn’t care, I was done sacrificing my health to save on coins. Health and peace of mind are priceless.

After years or trial and error, Jenaë Lash Jewelry Candles was born. I knew I wasn’t the only candle and aromatics lover that would get migraines and nausea from “dirty burning” candles.

My non- negotiable for a truly luxurious candle was more than the aesthetics it had to have:
