Most of my clients were told to stop running completely… then gained weight, lost mobility, and became afraid to exercise.
But here’s the truth:
If you learn PROPER FORM and keep it LOW IMPACT, your body can adapt even after injuries or surgery.
Pain isn’t always from running.
Most of the time, it’s from HOW you run.
