Massive repair mail in that kept me busy this month !!

there's a few returning jeans that needed work elsewhere but majority of repairs you see here are not mine. I love getting in denim and seeing other folks work. It's interesting to see how different everybody works but this helps me improve my repairs (even when I get touch ups in of my own) seeing what worked and what didn't!

This is a round two from Matt and has been such a pleasure to work with and shows that he cares about avoiding the landfill and the love he has for his jeans!!

I've scaled back on mail in orders but if you got a bunch that needs fixing we can probably work around that!

Good morning!!!

Some exciting news

• TDR has been announced as one of the most notable donors of 2025 for the
• I will be in Malta for my residency in September/October

On a personal note l've been setting goals of what I want to achieve while sorting out my mental and physical health that's been taking up a lot of my time hence the MIA on here. I finally feel like I'm being heard and have a plan but it took a lot of self advocating. Right now my focus is gaining my energy back so I don't have to pick and choose what I think I can accomplish or do. This is giving me a lot of motivation and hope when I think about what I can achieve !! Taking it week by week🙏

I'm fully booked for May and now accepting bookings for June. I've been having a lot of folks coming into scheduling issues with my drop off and pick up hours. If you don't see a time on my slot it's booked or I'm unavailable. So this is a gentle reminder that I can't accommodate everyone's own schedule- this ends up with a burnout and I just have a really busy schedule operating TDR behind the screen and my life outside of it.

feel free to email me at [email protected] for all inquiries and attach some photos! As per usual I'll have a couple of slots for private lessons as well.

Penny ❤️💋

Popping on for a sec!!

I've been quietly working away over here! Can't believe how fast I booked up this month 🙏

Because of you I was able to book extra therapy sessions this month and a massage that I desperately needed. Thank you again for supporting me!! I really needed this😭

Pics of today's private lesson repair (sorry I forgot to take a before!) common back pocket issue mostly on vintage/heavier weight denim) woooo!

Taking it a bit slow this week with work. Spring bringing on new changes and shedding the old that doesn't serve me well.

April brings on a lot of grief for me. I don't have a single thought for most of the year. I think I'm particularly good tucking those feelings away but once spring comes around I can feel it physically and can't put it into words and then I'm like "oh ya"

Just taking a moment to honour my dad. Last week I had to put work on pause to push through his anniversary and just focus on some self care. He was my number one cheerleader and always reminded me how much of a fighter I am and how proud he was of me. I don't think I would be where I am today with my sewing if it wasn't for him!

Reminder to listen to your body and take a minute to do something nice for yourself. However that looks.

Love ya dad❤️
