I gets shocked when someone says that they are not consuming supplements 👀
If you are not taking supplements now, wait until you start consuming Medicines. And everybody knows that medicines are drugs and they can be addictive.

Yes you may want to go to Tim Hortons or Starbucks early in the morning to get coffee, but first drink a tall glass of water. These first sips set you up for skin success! Hydrating is an essential step to have glowing, beautiful skin that lasts.

Don’t forget to drink enough water throughout the day too!

Your body is about 80% of what you eat and 20% of gym/exercise.
People are so much focused on gym right now that they don’t care about their eating habits. 😵😵

They don’t meet protein requirement, fulfill the nutrition and minerals required to body and just destroying their health by going to gym everyday. 😵‍💫

Understand one thing, when you go to gym and workout, your muscles and tissues needs protein and other nutrients to repair, and what that is not provided…your body starts causing you problem such as muscle pain, extremely body pain, bone fractures, heart diseases,weakness and many more….

Start with healthy diet and then start with gym. 80/20 Rule is the key to good health. ✅ ✔️

There are several causes of the hairfall but Nutritional Gap is the major and most common cause, can be seen in young people.

There are 2 Factors of Hairfall.

1. External:

Scalp is affected from outside because of Dry Scalp, dandruff and high amount moisture on your scalp because of using Cap or turban.

2. Internal:
