Forehead tension and eye fatigue are incredibly common, especially with how much time we spend staring at screens.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, targeting acupressure points like Taiyang is a beautiful, natural way to release that built-up pressure, soothe headaches, and give tired eyes a much-needed break.
Whether you’re booking a professional treatment or practicing some mindful self-massage at home, your mind (and your forehead!) will thank you for taking a few minutes to slow down.
5-minute hack for menstrual cramp relief 🕊️
While the video guides you through releasing that deep physical tension, here is the ultimate PRO TIP to elevate the relief:
Have your partner do this right before bed to help your nervous system completely wind down for sleep.
Just make sure to avoid eating a heavy meal beforehand so your digestive tract has a chance to fully rest and relax, too.

5 Daily Habits for a Happier Gut 👇🏻
1. Slow down your chewing 🥣
Digestion actually starts before you swallow. Chewing your food thoroughly takes the heavy lifting off your Spleen, making it way easier for your body to convert meals into energy (Qi) and vibrant health—meaning less bloating and zero post-meal heavy feelings.
2. Do not skip breakfast 🍳
Your digestive energy naturally peaks in the morning, making it the absolute best time to fuel up. Eating a balanced breakfast right away stabilizes your blood sugar, fires up your metabolism, and sets your energy levels for the rest of the day.
3. Ditch the screens while you eat 📱✖️
When you’re multitasking or stressed, your body physically blocks proper digestion. Try to eat mindfully and keep the vibes light. Positive thoughts and focused eating mean better nutrient absorption and way less gut overwhelm.
4. Think warm & cooked 🍲
Your digestive system loves warmth. Prioritizing cooked, warm foods keeps your internal “digestive fire” burning bright. On the flip side, too many cold or raw foods can completely put out that fire, leading to sluggishness and fluid retention (what TCM calls “dampness”).
5. Go to bed before 11 PM ⏰
According to the TCM organ clock, 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM is prime time for your Liver and Gallbladder to do their deep detox and repair work. Being asleep before this window kicks off is a game-changer for your mood, hormones, and gut health.
