CORE STRENGTH & STABILITY WORK

SAVE & TRY THESE OUT

My core was on absolute fire after these exercises. Here are 5 exercises I want you to add to your routine to strengthen and stabilize your core. These movements will get your core bulletproof. Trust me. Targeting the core from all angles and really giving it a challenge.

Add these to your routine. You don’t have to do them all at once but my suggestion is to add at least a couple of them to your routine so you can really reap the benefits.

Focus on good controlled reps. I don’t care how many reps you get if you don’t do it properly. 10 proper reps is better than 20 bad ones. So focus hard.

Whether you’re an athlete or someone looking to strengthen and get their core tight and strong, these are for you. If you want to improve your performance, and decrease your risk of injury, than you should be doing these for sure.

GRIND DONT STOP.

🔻STRENGTHEN YOUR CALVES 🔻

SAVE & TRY THESE OUT. ASAP.

OKAY LETS TALK

As many of you know, I ruptured my Achilles tendon just over a year ago. Since then, my number one priority has been rebuilding my strength and getting back to moving like I used to and trust me, I have been.

One of the biggest things that helped my recovery was adding different variations of calf raises into my routine consistently.

Calf raises don’t just strengthen your calves, they help build the muscles and tendons that support your ankle. They strengthen the gastrocnemius and soleus, improve tendon load tolerance, and target the smaller stabilizing muscles around the foot and ankle that are essential for balance, power, and overall movement.

Whether you’re recovering from an Achilles injury or simply looking to build stronger lower legs, and prevent injuries, incorporating different calf raise variations can make a huge difference. Strong calves and a strong Achilles are the foundation for running, jumping, sprinting, and performing any athletic movements.

Not only is it essential for athletes, but it’s important for every single person. Add these 5 exercises to your routine and really reap the benefits. Do them 2-3x a week and keep it consistent.

GRIND DONT STOP.
