Day 65 of My Weight Loss Journey!

Hey guys! I’m officially two months into this healthy lifestyle, and even though the scale isn’t cooperating, I decided to drop a progress picture instead.

Looking at this comparison gives me so much joy and motivation to keep pushing. It’s not easy, but it’s definitely worth it! I can’t wait to see what 365 days of consistency will bring. Let’s keep going!

I’m working on increasing my protein intake based on the advice from so many of you in the comments. I’m not a weight loss coach—just learning as I go. Still researching more high-protein meals to add to my diet. The weekend is my rest time, but tomorrow, I’ll be meal prepping for the week. I’ll definitely record some videos and share my meal ideas. Thanks for all the support and encouragement!

Here’s what I ate today while staying in a calorie deficit and walking 10K steps. Lately, I’ve been unintentionally doing intermittent fasting—not because I planned to, but simply because I haven’t been feeling hungry in the mornings. That said, if I ever wake up hungry, I’ll definitely have breakfast. I’m listening to my body and giving it what it needs.

Today, I had lunch at 12 PM, a snack at 3 PM, and dinner at 6 PM. I don’t eat anything after 6 PM, and so far, it’s been working well for me. Today was a great day, and I’m excited to keep pushing forward.
