Humans are the only species that has forgotten that we are nature and think that we are somehow separate from nature.
This illusion of separation is at the heart of our self destruction. Instead of thriving we are declining in health and well-being as we create more separation.
When we harm nature, we are essentially harming ourselves. We've veered further and further from our true nature, at our own demise.
Destroying habitats for highways, living in concrete boxes high up in the skies. Injecting ourselves and our children with synthetic substances thinking we are somehow flawed without it. Eating fake foods with fake colours and fake ingredients. Destroying our soil with pesticides and herbicides. Putting harsh chemicals on ourselves in the name of beauty.
By remembering our place within nature and living in harmony and balance we can start to heal ourselves and the Earth.

If oil is the answer to dry skin, nobody would have dry skin.
Your kitchen has oil. Your skin is still thirsty.
Here is the biggest misconception. Oil does not moisturize. Oil does not hydrate. Oil has no moisture in it. None. It seals. And sealing is valuable. But it needs hydration underneath worth sealing in.
Most people skip the hydration entirely and go straight to oil. Sealing in dryness. Skin is thirsty at a cellular level and could have been for years.
