In a world that can try to separate us, it’s moments like these that remind us we really are one and connection is the medicine. ❤️

Singing together activates the vagus nerve, calming our nervous system and lowering stress and anxiety. It’s one of the simplest forms of therapy we have, and it’s free. 🥰

Humans have gathered to sing since the beginning of time. We just knew it felt good. It still does.

This is why community matters, having a place you can always return to, where you’re seen and you belong.

For me, it’s returning to friends and hearts that feel like home and creating that space within no matter where you are and who you are with ❤️ and seeing my dear friend Justin at Alternity made this moment even more special. 🫶🏽

Stay tuned for an exciting announcement coming soon about Love Peace Harmony Day on September 10th… if you’re in Toronto, you’ll have a chance to be there 😍💃🏽🕊️🚀✨

Feel free to watch this as much as you like and sing along to feel the positive vibes ⚡️ would love to hear your experience below!

It may sound crazy in a world full of war and disharmony... to still believe in Love, Peace & Harmony. 🥹💕🌍

But I do believe it. I believe we can each be unique — honoring our own traditions, our own cultures, our own truth — while still holding honor and respect for one another. That’s not a contradiction. That’s the whole point.

If you believe this too, you’re not alone. There’s a community of people who believe change is possible — real, positive change for humanity and for Mother Earth herself.

These are the three pillars:

🌿 Nurture yourself.
🩷 Nurture others.
🌎 Nurture Mother Earth.

Join the Love Peace Harmony Movement. Become a member. Volunteer. Share this and inspire your communities through your kindness and positive action! Let’s build this together. 🌈👏🏽💫

What an extraordinary gift — to sit in conversation with Alejandra, currently on pilgrimage across Europe carrying ancestral wisdom, and with Abuela Martha Pico, in the breathtaking backdrop of Essex, United Kingdom.

Together we spoke about love, peace, and harmony as living values — and what it truly means to nurture Mother Earth as we step into this new era for humanity. We touched on the drum as the heartbeat of Mother Earth, and the deeper importance of showing up fully across every field of our lives — service, healing, leadership, and legacy.

It is my honor to serve as spokesperson for Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha, Assistant Director of the Love Peace Harmony Foundation, and to help carry this mission forward — including at the PEA Awards, celebrating People, Environment, and Achievement.

❤️ Tune in to the full conversation, and share your reflections in the comments — what does love, peace, and harmony mean to you in this new era?

We had the privilege of attending The Creativity Conference, hosted in partnership with Raindance Film Festival, the UK’s largest independent film festival, right in the heart of London.

This one-day deep dive into the essence of creativity brought together some of the world’s truly inspiring creative hearts for a day of talks that left the whole room buzzing.

John Sweeney — Co-founder of Drop Dead Generous, a bold social experiment giving away $500,000 in $500 grants to spark creative acts of kindness around the world. Also the founder of Suspended Coffees, the global movement that’s reshaped how communities support one another.

Elliot Grove — Founder of Raindance Film Festival, the visionary who built the platform that’s launched countless independent filmmakers onto the world stage.

De Kai — Founder of the Empathetic AI Institute and author of Raising AI. The pioneer behind the technology that laid the groundwork for Google Translate, he reframed how we think about AI altogether — not as a tool or a threat, but as something we’re all collectively responsible for raising.

Sara Hamilton — A development executive, producer and industry advocate with 25+ years across film, media and social impact. Founder of FilmFlock and a passionate voice for neurodiversity and inclusion in entertainment.

Adam Morse — Filmmaker, actor and the world’s first award-winning blind filmmaker to be celebrated in Hollywood. From directing a viral Super Bowl commercial for Google to founding the Crystal Vision Foundation, Adam is rewriting what’s possible in the industry.

Martin Shore — Grammy-winning musician, director and producer behind Take Me to the River, the acclaimed documentary celebrating the soul of Memphis music. A true believer in the power of music to bring generations together.

Each speaker brought their own lens to one simple, powerful brief: share your joy. The result? A room full of creative energy, fresh inspiration, and reminders of why we create in the first place.

How do you like to express your creativity with the world? ❤️

Giving you a glimpse into a very important meeting with our most important advocates on tree planting and why they’re so vital for our existence on mother Earth. 🌍🌿

Trees are the lungs of our planet — breathing in carbon dioxide and breathing out the oxygen we depend on every single day. They anchor our soils, purify our water, shelter countless species, and regulate the very climate that sustains all life. Without them, our ecosystems collapse. Deforestation isn’t just an environmental issue — it’s a threat to our survival. Every tree planted is a promise to future generations that we chose to protect this Earth rather than deplete it. 🌳💚

The time to act is now. Plant a tree. Support reforestation. Speak up for our forests — because when we protect trees, we protect ourselves. 🙌🌱

Three pillars. One mission. Love. Peace. Harmony.

Here’s how we actually live them ✨

1. Nurture Yourself 🧘🏽‍♀️
Using the practices and tools of Love Peace Harmony, pour into yourself so you have something real to give.

2. Nurture Those Around You 💞
Show up in your community. Offer kindness. Be of service to the people closest to you — it ripples further than you know.

3. Heal the World, One Step at a Time 🌍
Through nurturing ourselves, each other, and Mother Earth — we become agents of real, lasting change.

It may feel impossible alone.
But together? We are unstoppable.🚀

One act of kindness. One moment of healing. One person at a time — until we move as one. 🕊️

Sustainable. Positive. Change. Starts here and now!!! ❤️
