Turns out skating works up quite the grocery bill! 😂⛸️🛒
Very grateful to Sobeys for keeping me fuelled through the Canadian Olympic Team Athlete Grocery Card program.
Thank you for helping keep the fridge full and this athlete fed. ❤️🥑🍓
How would you react if you left some of this stuff home?!?Oh the things we do for our sport!
After days of performing, my body and mind need to decompress – I look forward to my 20-minute reset before I even leave the ice. 🤍
The LG Electronics Canada LG Massage Recliner’s Vitality Massage program, heat therapy and my playlist via built-in Bluetooth speakers help me wind down and recover the right way. Grateful to have a recliner that is functional and beautiful in my own space.
You deserve this kind of calm too — link in my bio to shop at LG.ca

Still not over this TIFF red carpet ✨
Such a special night celebrating Run Terry Run and the incredible legacy Terry Fox left behind. A story of courage, determination and dreaming bigger than yourself. ❤️🇨🇦
And yes… I could definitely get used to the red carpet part 👀

There’s already so much on my mind before stepping onto the ice to perform in front of thousands of people. The last thing I want to think about is my period. That’s why I trust Playtex Sport Tampons 360° leak protection so I can focus on doing what I love. This is me. Period. You can shop Playtex Sport Multi Pack at major retailers across Canada.
