Movement is life.

It may sound simple, but it’s something we come back to again and again. Movement keeps energy flowing, the body awake, the mind clear, and the breath connected.

Rest matters. Stillness matters. But so does choosing to move, even in the smallest ways.

A class. A stretch. A walk. A deep breath that brings you back into your body.

So the next time you feel stuck, heavy, or unmotivated, ask yourself:

How often am I moving?
What keeps me moving?
What is my intention?

Let this be your reminder to move with purpose, return to your body, and keep your energy flowing. 💚

Summer is when routines slip, but this year, we’re turning up the heat 🔥

The Summer Burn Challenge is a 30-day IAM challenge designed to keep you moving, sweating, strengthening, and showing up from July 1–30.

Complete classes throughout the month and qualify for prize tiers based on your progress:

20/30 classes = first tier prize draw
25/30 classes = second tier prize draw
30/30 classes = grand prize draw

Book These Classes If You Want to Feel Strong!

Feeling strong is as much of a mental thing as it is a physical one.

Sometimes we think the workout is what is going to make us feel strong, that we forget it takes a lot of mental strength to book the class and push yourself to your 100%

Taking these classes will remind you of how physically strong you are, but don't forget that it took mental strength to get there. You've got this!!

DON'T BE A DRAG, JUST BE A QUEEN!! 🤩

We told you we had something exciting coming for you this Pride month, and what more could you want than a HOT HIIT PILATES class here at IAM, where BOA the Drag Queen will accompany Cassandra to turn up the volume, heat and hype.

It's happening Tuesday, June 23rd at 6:45 pm and is expected to fill up QUICKLY, so make sure you register for the class ASAP. There will be some fun giveaways, the most amount of fabulous energy and as promised, a sweat you will not forget!

5 Ways to Build a Routine That Sticks 💪🏽

It's really easy to start something on a Monday, do it until Tuesday, get distracted on Wednesday and then tell yourself you'll start again on Monday...

If this has happened to you, you're not alone!

Sometimes the habit lasts a little longer... let's say, 15 days, and then you go away for a weekend, you stay out a little longer than usual, or whatever - life happens, and then the next thing you know those last 15 days go down the drain.

Or at least that's how it can feel.

Know that every day is an opportunity to build the habit.

There is no such thing as perfection, and doing is the hardest part of staying consistent.

Here are a few ways to build a habit that sticks, not a perfect habit, just a habit that you can feel consistent with and build on!
