Did you know this 🤯

Have you ever considered how many cows end up in just one burger? It’s not a pretty picture. Mixing them all together can spread bacteria, and the handling practices in these facilities is typically sub par. This doesn’t even go to mention the way they’re raised on big farms, packed in tight and fed corn and grains. These combined factors make for some of the poorest quality meat you can buy.

While I’m sticking to grass-fed beef while I’m on the move, even this could be better. I’d reccommend looking for grass-fed and finished beef. However, your absolute best bet is to find a local rancher, and buy direct for the highest-quality beef. You can even buy portions, or a full cow, store it in a freezer, and have months worth of nutrient dense meat.

Know what you’re eating and support your local farmers whenever possible. 🥩
