Meet Amal 👋
Originally from Brunei, Amal brings nearly a decade of experience in the fitness industry, specializing in strength training, corrective exercise, and helping people move at their best. His passion for performance, recovery, and injury prevention led him to pursue massage therapy at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.
Today, he combines his athletic coaching background with evidence-informed manual therapy to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, recover from injury, and stay active for the long term.
