People don’t remember their treatment plan. They remember how they felt walking out the door. 🤍
Client experience isn’t the soft stuff - it’s the whole thing. The front desk knowing your name. A therapist who asks how the marathon went, not just where it hurts. Leaving with a plan you actually believe in.
That’s what turns one visit into a five-year relationship. You can’t market your way to that. You build it into every appointment.
Great care and great experience aren’t competing priorities. Done right, they’re the same thing.
P.S. Treatment plans matter, how you deliver is where you make impact

11 months postpartum - and we’re here 💙
One of the most important values to me has always been showing up.
And damn… it can be tiring.
Motherhood has changed my capacity in ways I don’t think I could have fully understood until I was in it. Emotionally, mentally, physically - my “100%” looks different now. Some days it feels smaller than it used to. But slowly, I can feel it expanding again.
And through all of it, I’m reminded why this work matters so much to me.
The team experience and the client experience are two things I care deeply about. Building a strong culture, creating a space where our team feels supported, and making sure every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed, cared for, and taken care of.
It’s a lot.
It’s exhausting.
But it’s meaningful.
And I’m proud that even in this season - 11 months postpartum, with a very different kind of capacity - I’m still showing up.

Survival mode. Sharing this because I know I’m not the only one.
No one really talks about postpartum depression.
Or the hormone dump after breastfeeding.
Or the negative thoughts that get louder when you’re already exhausted.
As a mother, business partner, and co-founder, my options can feel limited.
There’s no clean pause button.
No full maternity leave.
No stepping away without guilt.
Some days, I don’t feel like I’m building.
I feel like I’m barely surviving.
But sometimes, that’s all you can do.
Keep going.
Keep showing up.
Keep choosing the next small thing in front of you.
Not because it’s easy.
Not because you have it all figured out.
But because this season won’t last forever.
To the mothers and women barely holding it together - you’re not broken.
You’re exhausted.
You’re human.
And you’re not alone.
Come run with me!! ✌🏾
