We wanted the vibe to be someone who’s been out camping in the woods for weeks but make it clean. I decided to tidy up the sides by creating a square shape through overdirecting back to the previous. Then with the top, I’ve disconnected the fringe. Making it longer and creating more of that messy rugged look 🤌🏼 I am beyond blessed to have this opportunity, stay tuned for more 👀

I am officially a marathoner! The journey leading up to this wasn’t pretty, and the race itself wasn’t any prettier. Despite all that we still got the job done, and I can’t be any more proud of myself.

I took up running seriously around 2 years ago after the passing of my grandma, who me and my family call “Inda”. I’ve always remembered her to be such a big force of energy. Although she was crazy, she was also the most loving and the most fun to be around. Her smile could light up a room.

After her passing, I couldn’t handle the stress from the events that happened after. I was stressed, depressed, and I felt as if I was in a hole. Moments after, I decided to join a half marathon. Little did I know, that would change my life. I told myself the goal was a marathon, but I had heard that you gotta build up to it. Thank God I did.

Completing a marathon is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. But, it is one of the best feelings in the world. I have no idea how I was able to finish. I had hella blisters and 2 rolled ankles before the 30km mark. I should not have finished. I’d like to think that someone upstairs gave me a little nudge. I remember telling myself “if Inda can fight years against everything she had to deal with, then I can run a marathon”.

Well Inda, your boy just ran a fu***ng marathon! This one’s for you 🖤🕊️

Over the weekend, we held our first Hair Jam in Calgary with our boys at . I can proudly say that it was a huge success. It was so much fun cutting hair in that kind of vibe, and the energy from everyone who attended made it everything.

Thank you to everyone who pulled up and supported. Like I said, yall really “made” the event. Shoutout to .cuts .martin and of course my brother it was an honour sharing the floor with yall

This event made me go back to my roots of believing that this skill is an art. There was a moment where it was quiet and it was just me and the hair. I will never forget it.
