This week, I stepped back into the gym for the first time in months. It was a challenge, but getting regular with my physical routine is a top priority right now—not only for my own physical and mental health, but because I’m preparing for a new professional project at the end of June. 🤫📈

I’m skipping the makeup today to give my skin some well-deserved breathing room. I have a session for my new professional headshots next week, so keeping my skin clear, hydrated, and rested is step number one.

You don’t need anyone’s permission to turn the page, and you don’t have to explain your quiet growth to anyone. You are the author of your own life, and you can draw a line in the sand whenever you choose. Here’s to building momentum and focusing entirely on where we’re going, not where we’ve been. 🕊️🌿

I don’t usually use my platform for content like this, but as an Albertan who grew up in, finds home, and loves the mountains, I cannot stay silent on this.

Right now, open-pit coal mining proposals are threatening the eastern slopes of our beautiful Rocky Mountains. This is a direct threat to the headwaters that supply clean drinking water to millions of people. Once our water supply is contaminated with toxic selenium, the damage is irreversible.

We need to choose Water Not Coal. 🛑

Because this is an official Citizen Initiative Petition to trigger a referendum, digital signatures are NOT accepted. You must sign a physical paper form in person. Because I’m currently based in BC, I am physically and legally unable to sign it myself, which breaks my heart. I am relying on you guys to stand up for our backyard.
