No sugar. Too much sodium. Or just right?

There's 1 gram of functional organic cane sugar in our ReHydrate, and it's the question we get asked most.

The 1g of sugar is there for a reason. Sodium absorbs better when there's a little glucose with it. The two cross into your bloodstream together and water follows them in.

Take the sugar out entirely and you lose that support.

Twenty times less sugar than a sports drink, and far less salt than most electrolytes on the shelf. It isn't there for sweetness.
