Preventative care is the best care. Whether you’re landscaping, getting ready to go back to work, or just enjoying your summer, your body builds up stresses that can impact the way it functions. Chiropractic care can help!

You might not have a bad back. You might just have one that never got fully rehabbed. 🧠
Physiotherapist Dustin ran through everything he’d tell you about pain and recovery — in 60 seconds flat. A few that tend to catch people off guard:
→ Posture matters way less than being able to move well
→ Passive treatments can calm pain down; movement is what tends to keep it away
→ Braces support you — they don’t fix the underlying issue
→ Maintenance is almost always cheaper than repair
None of this is medical advice — just a solid reframe on how recovery actually works. And a good physio, chiro, or massage therapist can genuinely be your body’s best friend.
Which one did you have completely backwards? 👇

We never touched the hand — and it still opened up.
If your hands feel tight after a day of typing or scrolling, the reason is often higher up the arm. The forearm and bicep muscles can stay tense and pull down into the fingers. Give those muscles a chance to relax, and many people find the hand loosens on its own.
Here's a look at that in action, plus a couple of simple moves designed to ease the upper arm.
Where does your tension build up during the day? Let us know below. 👇

3 best exercises for scoliosis!

With scoliosis, the curve isn’t always the thing that hurts — a lot of the time it’s how one side of the body carries the tension. You don’t have to straighten a spine to change that.
Three moves designed to open up a tight side and give that tension somewhere to go: a doorframe lat stretch, a side drape over a Swiss ball, and a seated mermaid stretch. Many people find a few slow breaths in each takes the edge off a stiff flank.
Not medical advice — every back is different, so ease in and back off if anything sharpens. 🙏

The McGill Big 3 got you out of pain. It was never designed to get you back to running.

Dead bug, bird dog, side plank. If you have ever done rehab for your back, you have done all three. And they earn their reputation when you are in real pain and you cannot sit, stand or walk comfortably.

But if you are running, jumping, climbing, or lifting, and you are still doing the exact same dead bug you were doing in week one, your body already knows that movement. Easy work repeated forever does not build resilience. It just builds a tolerance for easy work.

So here is the ladder.

1. Dead bug. Low back pressed down, alternate limb reach. 8 per side.
2. Back tuck rolls. Arms around the legs, smooth roll back and forth. 15 reps.
3. Banded curl down. Push down through the band. 10 reps.
Bonus exercise
4. Full range sit up. Let the front of your body lengthen all the way out. 8 reps.

Now the part I actually mean. Do not skip levels. If you have not earned the one below, you have no business at the one above. Getting hurt doing the thing that was supposed to help is kind of frustrating and it happens way more than people admit.

Watch it through and then tell me in the comments which number is the highest one you can do clean. Not almost clean. Clean.

Save this for your next session.
