Today, both in and outside the sauna, we're pausing to reflect on the lasting impacts of the residential school system, and honour the resilience and enduring strength of Indigenous communities across the country. We will be open from 9:30am - 9:00pm, with a portion of today's Nordic Circuits being donated to the Victoria Native Friendship Centre.

Wednesday is National Truth & Reconciliation Day. We will be open from 9:30am - 9:00pm and look forward to donating a portion of the day's Nordic Circuits to the Victoria Native Friendship Centre, a local Indigenous-led non profit organization that offers over 75 programs and services for our surrounding Indigenous communities 🧡

We invite you to join us in the spa, or take part in the festivities at the South Island Powwow at Royal Athletic Park (Grand Entry 12pm!)

Crystal Pool may be closing, but your wellness routine doesn’t have to. Save $10 as a former Crystal Pool member and come try out our Nordic Circuit, complete with Finnish sauna, steam room, cold plunge, salt lounge, patio and Nordic bucket shower.
