Sun Stream Infrared Saunas

Sun Stream Saunas 'Evolve Mini' The Evolve Mini is a compact, high-performance Infrared sauna designed for efficient heat delivery. Its smaller interior places the body in closer proximity to the heaters, increasing the intensity and effectiveness of infrared exposure.

The sidewall door allows for a large 400-watt heater to be positioned directly on the front wall, centered in front of the user. With heaters on all 4 walls and foot and calf heaters, the Mini provides a comfortable, even, total immersion in the radiant heat.

The reduced interior height supports faster heat-up times and helps maintain consistent heat levels throughout the session.

With a power density of 41 watts per cubic foot—well above the typical 20–30 watts/ft³ found in most infrared saunas—the Evolve Mini delivers a higher concentration of infrared heat in a compact footprint.

Here's the one physics fact that changed how I look at every sauna photo: far infrared behaves like light. It's literally part of the light spectrum.
And light doesn't wrap around corners to find you. It travels straight from the source and warms what it hits — your skin is mostly water, absorbs it, and turns it into heat you feel. Which means a heater can only warm the part of you it can see.
No heater in front of you? The front of you is in shade. Nothing down at your feet or calves? Also shade.
So read a heater layout like a lighting plan. You want all four sides covered — five sides on a corner model — plus foot and calf heaters. If part of you sits in shade, part of you stays cooler. Once you see it that way, you can't unsee it.

Standard 2 person saunas approx 4' x 3' can be tight and cozy for 2 adults with benches about 44" wide. The Sun Stream Evolve 30 provides an extra 13.5" in width to better accommodate 2 people, without rubbing shoulders and knees together. Put your feet up and relax in the Sun Stream Evolve 30 EHS. Not all 2 person corner saunas are created equal. The Evolve Corner sauna from Sun Stream features 2060 watts of heating power, including our exclusive front door-mounted 360-watt heater. Most competitors' corner models have only 1600-1700 watts of power and a cool spot in the door region.
