TLC Hair Studio

If you are a “no show”, you will be required to pay for your missed service in full in order to rebook. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be required to pay a $50 cancellation fee (for colour services), and $20 (for haircuts), to be paid on the day of your cancelled appointment. If you choose to reschedule within two weeks of the cancellation, the fee will go towards your re-booked service. The cancellation fee does not go towards the amount due on your next appointment if booked past the two-week window. Reach out if you have questions or concerns xo
