The Viral Blanket Dumplings (with some nourishing twists 😉)

Ingredients
* 1 lb ground turkey
* ⅓ cup green onions, thinly sliced
* Ginger powder (Nourish), garlic powder, pepper
* 3 tbsp Braggs soy sauce or coconut aminos (Nourish)
* 1 tbsp sesame oil
* 1 tbsp rice vinegar
* Wonton wrappers
* ¼ cup siip chicken bone broth (Nourish)
* Avocado oil

For Topping
* Soy sauce
* Chili crisp
* Green onions
* Sesame seeds

Directions
1. In a bowl, combine the ground meat, green onions, ginger, garlic, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Mix until fully combined.
2. Spray your pan with avocado oil and use a cookie scoop to place mounds of the filling onto your pan, leaving enough space between each one.
3. Place a dumpling wrapper over each mound and pinch the edges around the filling to seal.
4. Pour in the chicken broth. Cover and steam for 10 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through
5. Top with soy sauce, chili crisp, green onions, and sesame seed

Serve with a side salad or coleslaw and enjoy!
